Important Information: The following form(s) are provided to inform us of suspicious activity, crimes, or related concerns that you may have. If you need to make an official report, please call the Dallas Township Police at 570-674-2003
Anonymity: Whether you fill out the form below, email us directly with a filled out form, hand deliver or mail us a filled out form, make sure to check the box or choose the option to Remain Anonymous, so that our Officer’s know to keep your information out of any proceeding reports or investigations.
Road Rage or Stopped School Bus Passing: Due to validity concerns, Road Rage related incidents require contact information for further investigation, though your Tip will still remain Anonymous, if requested, in any proceeding reports and/or investigations.
