Luzerne County 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan
Dallas Township participated in the Luzerne County Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) update process. The plan was approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA). The plan is updated every 5 years.
